GluKee may also include meal scan, reports, AI-supported explanations, and other premium features as part of the product experience.

GluKee is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, medication dosing, emergency support, or clinical decision-making.

Any summaries, estimates, charts, scan results, or AI-supported outputs are provided for educational and informational purposes only. They may be incomplete, incorrect, or not appropriate for your situation.

4. Eligibility And Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use GluKee. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs through your account.

5. Your Data And Content

You retain ownership of the information and content you submit to GluKee. By using the service, you give us a limited right to host, process, transmit, and analyze that data as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

This includes information used for features such as sync, backup, trends, reports, meal scan, and AI-supported explanations.

You agree to use AI-supported features responsibly and to independently review any health-related output before relying on it.

7. Subscriptions And Billing

GluKee may offer both free and paid features. Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, not directly by Glukee Labs LLC.

  • Pricing, billing periods, and trial availability may vary by platform or offer.
  • Auto-renewal and cancellation are controlled through your app store account.
  • Refunds are handled according to the policies of the platform you purchased through.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse GluKee. For example, you must not:

  • Use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
  • Attempt to interfere with, probe, or reverse engineer the service.
  • Upload malicious code or harmful content.

This includes losses related to decisions made using information, summaries, scan results, reports, or AI-supported output from the service.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
