GluKee is a health-tracking application designed to help users monitor their metabolic health, including glucose levels, meals, medications, and other health metrics. 3. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. User Content and Data Rights
Users retain full ownership of their personal and health data. Glukee Labs LLC does not claim ownership of medical or personal records. By using the Service, you grant Glukee Labs LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and analyze your user content solely for the purpose of providing the Service and improving our features.
Your health data is encrypted and stored securely. You can export your data at any time through the app settings. Users may request a copy of their data in a portable format. Users may delete their account and associated data directly within the app at any time.

7. Third-Party Services

Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store or Google Play refund policies. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device subscription settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
9. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws or regulations. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
