Glukee Labs LLC ("Glukee Labs," "we," "our," "us") operates GluKee, a diabetes and metabolic health tracking application available on iOS and Android. 2.3 Storage and Infrastructure

Health data may be stored locally on your device and securely in the cloud to support backup, syncing, and cross-device access.

These providers only receive the minimum data required to perform their services. No third party is allowed to sell or repurpose your health data.

  • RevenueCat: Subscription and billing infrastructure
  • Supabase: Authentication, database, and cloud storage
  • Google AI services: Meal image processing (see section 2.5)

2.5 Meal Photos & Image Processing

When you use the meal scan feature:

  • Meal images are processed temporarily using Google AI to generate scan results
  • Meal photos are NOT permanently stored
  • Images are discarded after processing
  • Meal images are not used for advertising, training unrelated models, or resale
  • Processing is strictly for providing the meal scan feature

AI-generated insights are estimates and may not be medically accurate.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide the Service: Process your health data, generate insights, and deliver personalized insights and summaries
  • Improve Our Service: Analyze usage patterns to enhance features and user experience

6. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store and Google Play Billing. Glukee Labs LLC does not store or process payment card information.

7. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Users can delete their account and all associated personal and health data directly inside the app. Deleted data is permanently removed except where retention is legally required.

8. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure that such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws and implement appropriate safeguards. Safeguards may include standard contractual clauses or equivalent legal protections.
